Shipping
Shipping options, delivery estimates, and any delivery charges are shown at checkout on Amazon. Orders are fulfilled through Amazon, so the delivery method and carrier are determined by the option you choose there.
Returns
Returns and refunds are handled under Amazon's return policy and the return window shown on your order. To start a return, open your Amazon order and choose Return or Replace Items.
Damaged or incorrect item
If your bouquet arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us at wangxiaojing66@outlook.com with your order number and a photo. We will help you resolve it through Amazon's support process.
Handmade variation
Slight differences in stitch detail, flower shape, and color are part of the handmade finish and are not considered defects.
